Due to nature of the products we sell, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

We are happy to provide a refund on damaged items, provided the order has been signed for as ‘damaged on arrival’.

If your order arrives damaged, please send photographic evidence to info@juicymoo.co.uk immediately.

Please note: we are unable to accept refund requests for damaged packaging (cereal boxes, Pringles tubes etc), where the actual product is still fit for consumption.
